It's only been a few days since my de-banding appointment and I'm trying to make sure I do everything correctly.
When I brush using my Oral B electric toothbrush, I feel as though it's putting too much pressure on my teeth as they feel like they are mobile. I'm wearing my retainer (Essix) top & bottom constantly and even brushing them with the toothbrush.
Does anyone know if I should switch to a regular soft brush until my teeth are more solid (a few months)?
Electric Toothbrush OK?

I'm not a dentist yet, so maybe someone more qualified can weigh in on this, but the way I understand it, pressure needs to be applied for a long time in order to make teeth move.
So, even if you do push on a loose tooth, it is unlikely to move it out of place if you are wearing your retainers properly because it's time and not strength of force that alters tooth position.
