Never Ending Ortho Visits

Hi Everyone,

I had braces for 2 years when I was 23 and now I'm 30. My bottom teeth are shifting out of place and I'm seeing gaps between the wire and acrylic on my retainers. I have wore my retainers almost every night since my braces were removed. I've went from every 6 month visits to now going back in 6 weeks (Next Thursday). I'm thinking I have another round of braces in my near future.

One other thing I've noticed is my 2nd molars seem to have a mind of their own. Tipping out and rotating. My ortho hasn't mentioned any concerns about those, but I feel like I'm biting on the insides of my molars.

Any tips or suggestions?

Just wondering when you put your retainer in does all your teeth touch. If when you put your retainer in a little wire holds your teeth apart it could have allowed your other teeth to erupt. You said you've worn it every night since getting your braces off.
