Questions!!!

I just got my braces removed on the 7 of June. After my dentist removed my braces, I bite down, and felt some pieces of stuff in my teeth. After which she cleaned my teeth and asked me to rinse my mouth. To my horror, after rinsing the water became brown!! What are those? Also the bits of stuff are gone..what are those?

And! She scaled my teeth and polish it again.

My dentist told me I would get retainer 1 week later. Will my teeth move?
also theres a gap between the molar which I used to have a molar band around, will the gap close? Anyway my molars are really rough and I can't stop touching them with my tougue. Is it due to improper cleaning?

Your ortho may have left some glue. I had a regular cleaning done a couple of weeks after debanding and it got the rest if the stuff off. Your teeth are moving but they will move back when you start wearing your retainers. I've had mine off for 6 months and when I put them in @ night they're still a little tight but they feel just fine when I wake up in the morning. I'm uncertain why the water turned a brown color.
