Hi All,
So I've been debraced for 2 days now (you can see my story related to TMD in the Metal Mouth forum) and started using my Sonicbrite cleaner. When I took it out of the box I noticed that it seemed like there was something loose rolling around inside it (kind of like a ball bearing or something), but I put batteries in it and it appears to work ok. But it makes a loud rattling noise, and I'm wondering if that's normal?
Man is my top retainer hard to get out! It's only temporary (it's one of those vacuum formed ones called Tru-Tain apparently) so it's not a big deal, but I'm wondering if I should get some of those special hooks to help remove it. Any advice?

Re: Sonicbrite/Retainer Questions
Oh yeah, I forgot my other question...Is it ok to clean the top and bottom retainers in the Sonicbrite at the same time? They don't seem to touch when they're in there together. In fact it seems like the sonic waves make them move apart from each other (like if you put two Us together with one of them upside, with the arm of one U inside the other U...Kind of hard to explain, maybe I should take a picture)
