Braces off, Waiting on retainer, Question!

So i just got my braces off yesterday 
but just have a quick question, i have to wait about 4 days for my retainer to be finished and was wondering, is it normal for my bite to already feel different than yesterday when i got them off?
It still looks the same, it just feels a little off
im sure the retainer will make them feel like they did yesterday when i got them off, just wondering if anyone else noticed this? Thanks
