As the subject explains, I am now brace free!! :jump: :banana: :-88

I never thought the day would come, but it has...and I can't even describe it.

It feels so weird.

As everyone always says...my teeth look HUGE!

My retainers look so cute...KK is going to love them! :wink:

I don't know how to even explain it. All I can say, is that everytime I look at my own reflection, I pause...I can't even believe it's me.

Congrats, Alexa! I got mine off ( again ) today too.

Can't wait to see your pics!
Full upper and lower metal braces put on May 12, 2005.

Braces free as of April 18, 2006!

Temporarily rebraced Nov. 21, 2006. ( I think I've moved past temporary. )

Brace free again - July 26, 2007.

ha congrats!!! i have been out of them for almost 6 months and i still look in the mirror everytime i pass by... its a great feeling lol. :D

Whew, Alexa, I was about to wear out my fingers! :lol: Your photos were more than worth the waiting! Your teeth look so straight (as they say) and just absolutely fantastic. I know there are some areas that you are not 100% satisfied with, but I cannot see them, that's for sure! Now that is a great occlusion. Beautiful arches too.
What a difference when you compare these with what your teeth looked like before
braces. Once again I witness how great the results of orthodontics can be.

Love the kitty cat on the top retainer. What is your retainer wear schedule (how long full time, at night, etc)? Just curious as I only have a month of full time wear which seems to be different than most here. My upper has the palate cut out like yours. I found it was easy to get used to and comfortable with the palate cut out.
