Hi Everyone!

I got debanded this afteroon and have my essix retainers already (which are seriously making me gag - anyone else have this problem? Does it ease off?)

I'm pretty pleased and this day hasn't come a moment too soon!! Here are before and after debanding pics:

I'm so glad it's all over - they were on for nearly 2 and a half years and it was extremely frustrating at times but worth it in the end!! I've bought some teeth whitening stuff to takle a couple of stains and can't wait to floss!!!
