Be metal free soon!

Due to be metal free in a weeks time, just out of curiousity, I have been told retainers hurt a little for the first few days you wear them? Is this true?

When I got my braces off it didn't hurt at all until the second day, then there was some uncomfortable pain for about 8 hours and that went away so i'm assuming yes there is a little pain, just like pain after having an adjustment.

Well I'm four hours into the retainer wear and theres a little pressure. Nothing compared to what it feels like after an adjustment though.
Overall, nothing that will stop you from doing anything
