Keeping biting inside of my mouth!!!! Ouch!

Ever since I got my braces removed..it's been a little over a week, I keep accidentally biting the inside of my mouth...inside left side of bottom lip. I don't mean to do it and I've bit so hard it's started bleeding before. Has anyone else experience this? I used to have an open bite and now my bite is normal, so I'm thinking I just must not be used to being able to close my teeth all the way in the front? I hope it stops soon. Anyone experience anything like this? Thanks so much! - Hanna
