Woo hoo! The top ceramics and bands are coming off in 4 days! Then I'll get an invisalign type retainer. The bottom metal ones have another few weeks to go. Any advice for the newly debraced??
I picked up some crest white strip samples they were passing out at my gym, hoping to get nice white straight teeth. In your experience do they help?
