At my appt. tuesday, my ortho gave me rubber bands (and man do they hurt) and told me that my next appt. will be my last!!!!

Im soo happy!

That is wonderful!

Even though they hurt, keep going with the elastics. It will stop hurting before you know it.

I go tomorrow and am hoping to get a debanding date too!!
