i got my braces off 4 days ago, and have been wearing my retainers 24/7 (they're both hawley) but i've been noticing that my lateral incisors have been moving back (they are no longer in line with the central incisors but a bit behind it)
am i just paranoid...? or is my retainer not tight enough?
teeth moving?

okay.. that tooth has definitely moved. even my mom has noticed...
i think the retainer isn't tight enough.. i feel a little bit of a small space in between that tooth and the plastic bit of my retainer. should i wait for my appointment later in may or should i schedule an earlier one?

honestly, I'd call and tell them my concerns. I just got debanded yesterday and i know that if one of my teeth were moving I'd call them and have them fix it before it has moved too much and the only option of fixing it is to be rebraced. Plus, they are your teeth, your concern. I'm pretty sure they wont be mad if you call them and tell them whats going on.
