I've had my braces off for about 2 years now, and my boyfriend recently pointed out that my teeth seem to be rotating inward as you can see in this picture:

It seems as though they are almost slanting and starting to move on top of my front teeth.

I've discussed this with my ortho last year, and he said that if he did anything to fix it, my teeth would not look right "flared out." But they don't look right now, in my opinion.

The question is, should I go to a new ortho and go back in braces for a short time, or will the only way to fix this be with veneers? My retainers have done nothing for stopping this movement though I were them nightly as directed.

Your teeth look great, but are you concerned with the upper left canine? I would go to your existing ortho first and express your concerns. Maybe you need your retainer adjusted or a replacement. If your ortho isn't willing to work with your, maybe seek out a second opinion.

i've explained to my ortho SO many times and he just says it's a natural part of my teeth and that he doesn't see anything wrong with them. i've made a consultation appointment at a new ortho and i've read up on some options and i'm going to see if maybe a modified spring retainer might be a good option to rotate both the right and left laterals?

I agree with browneyedgrl. Your teeth look great. If you are not happy with the feedback from your current orthodontist, seek a second opinion.
