Call your ortho and tell him/her about whats been going on. It might be something they can fix without much of a problem. I wish I had better advice for you.

When I remove braces I replace them with retainers the same day. I use the retainers that look like invisalign trays. I ask my patients to wear them 6 nights/week for three years then one night a week for as long as they want the teeth to remain perfectly straight. The moment you completely stop wearing retainers your teeth will begin to shift. In some cases a lot, if you decide to stop soon after your braces are removed and in other cases a little over a long period of time. Just look at your mother's and father's teeth. That is what teeth do ! As for your tooth that shifted out, the Hawley retainer is a very versatile tool for repositioning the tooth. Show your doc without delay and he will make the adjustment.That should be child's play for the doc. Your retainer can "speak" to you loud and clear. Retainer speaks:: "If you didn't wear me for 2-5 days I'll feel a little bit tighter than usual so wear me until I feel comfortable to you again and don't leave me out of your mouth for more than a day or two or your teeth will move, esp in the first 18 months after you get your braces off". I am not a doctor, but I think you should go in sooner than March. I would go in as soon as possible. My teeth started shifting within a week of debracing, and for a month I went in about 3 times for adjustments in the retainer...unafortunatelly with no positive results in my case. So, I have my braces back on now.
Every case is different, so, they might be able to fix your problem.

Call about it. My front teeth were starting to flare out again(wasn't really visibly noticeable, but i could feel it in the way my bite came together) and so the dr. tightened the retainer and within a couple days the teeth were back to the same as the day my braces were removed.

Did you manage to get an appt and go in? I hope you were able to get it looked at!
