Finally I am free. After 2 years and 3 months they came off today.

I cannot post pictures for some reason - my orgininal user name was deleted because of a problem. If anyone knows why I cannot post please let me know.

I am so happy to have them off. I have all 3 types of retainers, essix for day, hawley for night and permanent for the bottom. He recommended the Hawley for night since most people grind and clench at night and can wear outthe essix over time.

I love brushing my teeth now it is sooooooooooo easy. Well worth all the pain, hassle, time and money.
