I had put two elastic bands on top of each other thru out my last stages of my treatment hoping to speed up the process. know the braces are out and im wearing my retainers 24/7 i feel like i have a bad bite.

It feels as if the middle teeth are touch and my front two but not my back teeth. im concerned and told my ortho about this,. she didn't take me seriously and told me to get a bite adjustment.

I personally wouldnt double up elastics unless your ortho tells you to, you could be doing something your ortho doesnt want. Speak to your ortho and ask some questions.
