Hi everyone
I have been braces free for nearly 6 months now and have been cleared by the orthodontist to come back in a year... But I am paranoid that something is going to come apart... And go wrong... I am very careful to brush and floss and get cleans regularly... But getting into the orthodontist in a rush can be hard... Has anyone else had problems or is there a chance I could get my dentist to make me a plastic retainer just in case (I have a lot of spacing still on the bottom for an eventual implant of bridge)

I'm confused. Didnt you get a retainer from ur ortho after finishing braces?
