I got information booklets on how to look after my braces, 1 toothbrush, lots of dental wax, 2 floss threaders, 2 interdental brushes, 1 travel size mouthwash and a case to carry it all in. They will continue to provide the interdental brushes, wax and floss threaders and elastics (if I need them). Other than that I provide everything else.

My daughter plays the flute, so she was also given something to put over her braces when she plays. She has used it and says it doesn't help at all, though. But I thought it was kind of them to think of that and try and help her.

I totally LOL'd at this! I didn't get much more than you did. A child's toothbrush, travel toothpaste, 1 container of crappy wax that wouldn't stick, and a floss threader that I never used cuz it's a pain in the butt! I told my ortho's assistant I expect to get a goodie bag when I get debraced next month, just like the other kids get! (I consider myself a 44-year-old kid.)

I know this is an old post, but figured I'd throw my list in here as well.

I got a Sonicare toothbrush (which I undoubtedly paid for!!), wax, a travel toothbrush, toothpaste, threader floss, floss threaders, floss, a proxabrush, disclosing tablets, and the horror sheet that shows you what can happen to your teeth if you don't brush and floss properly. I think that's everything I got...
