WaterPik
Mouthwash
is my current order, but the internet says I should floss first?

Re: What’s The Right Order??
Mine is quite different.
Waterpik (ortho tip first on low to clear food, then higher with normal tip to floss)
Brush (interdental then electric)
Floss
Mouthwash
Interested to hear other people’s routines. Even my routine prior to braces ran a similar order. I also only do that much in the morning and night. During the day, I use the waterpik on low to clear food, and the interdental and manual toothbrushes to brush after I eat.

I don't think there is any right or wrong way to cleaning your teeth, as long as both (flossing and brushing) are done?
My bed time routine is pretty similar to yours cakers
Brush (interdental then electric)
Floss
brush again with soft bristle brush (for good measure)
WaterPik
Mouthwash
Though during the day when I'm out or working, I'll use an inter-dental and manual brush to clean after eating

-Swish water around a couple times to clear loose food matter.
-Floss.
-Brush teeth, gums, mouth.
-Swish non-alcohol fluoridated mouthwash.
Three to four times/day.

Re: What’s The Right Order??
I have a different routine from others, I:
- Use the interdental brush to get food out of the brackets
- Floss
- Use dental scaler
- Gum stimulator
- Brush with toothbrush
- Mouthwash
I would skip the dental scaler and gum stimulator steps during the day time. Those are only for at night.

Re: What’s The Right Order??
Morning
Brush with electric brush after having breakfast (and waiting for a minimum of 30mins before brushing)
Night
Floss
Wide proxabrush to clean: 1) underneath the archwire, 2) around brackets, 3) along the gum line, 4) along the distal part of the brackets, 5) between any gaps
Brush with electric brush
Brush tongue
Mouthwash (every other day)
I eat twice a day. If I don't skip lunch, I brush only if I feel there is food stuck. I usually swish water to dislodge food. I always drink water after meals. I don't want to overdo it and brush my enamel off. I go for cleanings every 3 months. I avoid sweet stuff and pop drinks and/or juice. I don't like fruits, so I tend not to eat acidic food too.
A recent study argues that flossing before brushing is more effective, so some of you might need to reconsider your routine...

Mine is waterpik + electric brush + mouthwash in the morning
At night interdental brush + electric brush + mouthwash
Seems to be going alright so far, still early days

I do Waterpik, then brush, then floss, then rinse, but I don’t think there is a “right” or “wrong” order.

I brush- teeth tongue , inside cheeks lightly, proxy brush around teeth , brackets, and in between hard to reach spots- floss, water pik, rinse, mouthwash.
If your new and find your lips dry or have a struggle closing your lips as they adjust to braces I found coconut oil on and around your lips helps a lot , even on the inside of your lips.
