ACT Mouthwash

So, looking around these forums I saw that ACT is supposed to be good so I decided to pick some up. I got both bottles, ACT Restoring Mouthwash Anticavity and ACT Anticavity Fluoride Rinse. The way I had figured it was one was a fluoride rinse and the other was a mouthwash. But, they both seem to contain fluoride so should I use them both, or just one or what?

And, let's say I do use them both, they both say to wait 30 mins before eating/drinking after rinsing. So, would I rinse with one, wait 30 mins then do the next, or just rinse with them both and then wait 30 minutes?

Thanks.

I'm using ACT flouride , the green bottle. I'd not use two kinds of mouth wash at once. Just choose and go with one. I choose ACT floride rinse b/c it does not contain alcohol. My gums are really sensitive and I do not like the burning feeling.
Use the mouth wash before bed so you don't have to worry about eating food afterward. If I need to drink water, I wait 30 mins after but I do not eat anything once mouth wash has been used.

They both have the same amount of flouride in them so you will get equal benefits no matter which one you use. I prefer the mouthwash just because it has the extra power of germ killing and breathe freshening. The flouride rinse is flavored for that nice minty feeling, but I don't think it has the germ killing power that the mouthwash does. I prefer the extra benefits and the alcohol content is low compared to other mouthwashes so it's not as drying.
