I have two products to write about.
1. My ortho reccomended a mouthwash with fluoride in it and at my local pharmacy i found Oral B Fluorinse. I was wondering if any of you have tried it before i want to know if it's any good before i use it.
2. I got Crest Multicare toothpaste. what do you guys think about this paste? yay or nay?
I love talking oral health. I'm probably the only one!

I add Oral B Fluorinse to my generic Listerine. My bathroom countertop is a little crowded with my dental do-dads so I transfer Listerine to a smaller bottle along with some Oral B Fluorinse and use it once or twice a day.
As for toothpaste, I use regular winterfresh Colgate with fluoride. I find that when I use the other formulas, (tartar control, whitening, complete, etc...) I am more prone to canker sores and gum irritations.
Last week I had my six month dental cleaning and my hygenist said I was doing a super job cleaning my teeth with braces. I had very little tartar buildup, just a few stains where I had an archwire with closing loops for six months. It's not so much which products you use, it's how good your technique is.
