My orthodontist told me about these great new pillows for those of us that have to wear headgear. The pillows have a rectangular hole cut out in the middle so that if you are a side sleeper or face down sleeper you can sleep with ease without have your headgear dig into your cheeks.

Good luck. I hope the pillow works out for you. Let me know if its any help. I won't be getting my headgear for awhile. I'm only at the end of two weeks of having braces on the top. A few months more and then I get them on the bottom.
