Password suddenly doesn't work anymore

ACCOUNTS WITH ZERO POSTS WILL BE DELETED AFTER 24 HOURS

If you have trouble logging in, please close the message board and totally clear your browser cache of EVERYTHING, including cookies.

Accounts sometimes get de-activated when you change your password. If your account gets de-activated, send an email to the administrator: webmaster (at) archwired (dot) com. Include your username. The admin can reset your password and/or re-activate your account.[/color]

A few members have complained recently that their passwords don't work anymore. These are people who have been logging in regularly since we upgraded the board.

Nothing has changed on the board or in any of your accounts. If you suddenly can't seem to log in, I suggest that you totally clear your browser cache and try again. That means clearing all cookies, etc.

If, a few weeks ago, the message board generated a new temporary password for you, please remember that it is TEMPORARY and needs to be changed in your profile. This might explain why some passwords suddenly no longer work after a couple of weeks.

I'm the owner/admin of this site. Had ceramic uppers, metal lowers ~3 years in my early 40's. Now in Hawley retainers at night!
