Today I got an upper bonded retainer and I love it :D It doesn't bother me AT ALL, speech is normal, no food getting stuck (had a burger). Now my upper teeth feel much better - very "stable" and strong. They also took impressions. On wed I will get the lower one and Essix. I have no idea why I will have bonded AND Essix retainers. MAYBE I will have the Essix only at night? - I didn't ask. Hopefully I will :wink:
