Well, Tina, you are definitely NOT very mangled looking any more. The colors look very fresh and sunny on you. Good going! The figure 8 ligs are great-- have them for 2 adjustments now, and mvoing faster. The first couple of days are fun, but it gets to be fine. How do you do those arch pictures so well? :?:

Hello everyone and thank you all so much for your kind comments. Sorry, I have been gone for a while, because my son brought some kind of terrible cold home. In fact I think we had (and I still have) the flu. I just can't seem to get better! I thought I was getting better 3 days in and then it got worse all over again. UGH. I still could sleep all day long =(

I just wanted to update my diary real quick before that 1 month mark is too far gone to make it a one month post

This is the change in 1 month and 3 days:

On my bottom, what's not really visible on the photo, is that my two canines are now much more upright than before. It kinda startled me when I finally noticed the difference, especially because I never thought that much was wrong with my bottom (compared to the top anyway). Neat when you see what it's supposed to look like and you like it so much better the fixed way :D

My lateral is still sore, in fact my lateral and my two front teeth are and have been almost from the start (nothing horrible, but steady). Now on this picture it looks like my canine has moved inwards...a change I have been anxiously waiting for, but that can't be? My canine never hurt one tiny bit, and I wiggled it around daily to test it. It's neither loose nor sore. Maybe the lateral has moved so much that it made the canine look more in place...

Overall I am very pleased. One concern though and please tell me if I'm just seeing things....I know ceramics aren't supposed to stain but on top, the one on my front tooth with the purple lig, looks darker to me. Not the lig but the actual ceramic :(

Sorry you have been sick, Tina. That is always a bummer. Have you been trying to be Supermom (woman, employee?) I see what you are saying about that bracket. It is probably an illusion caused by the light and the color of the purple lig. I don't know if that is the same picture that you first posted with the Easter colors, but it looks the same there. The ceramic glows the color back into itself. :? If you look at the flourescent yellow-green next to it, it kinda has a bright colored glow to it. You haven't smashed a blueberry on that one bracket, now have you?
