I went back to my dentist's office monday and had that root canal. Now I can actually chew without any pain!!
I scheduled another appointment for this thursday when they will go in and put two more fillings in. This time on my top right! I didn't even know that I had cavitys up there! LOL Thank goodness for my dentist's keen eye for things. I still have alot of work that needs to be done before that referral comes my way.
1) Caps and posts for those molars. (Two different appointments) urgh!
2) The root canal for that baby tooth.
3) Getting rid of the two temporary fillings that I have and replaceing them with permanent ones.
The lord only knows how long all of that will take. But by my own estimate i'd say a lil over a month depending on how close together my appointment dates are. I lucked out this week and was able to get two in the same week.
Something I dont understand: I had a root canal about two years ago on another baby tooth. The root canal wasn't finished because I couldn't afford the cap and post. So I was left with a temporary filling. ( Which lasted a very long time) About three months ago I had that tooth pulled.
Because it was breaking off. The tooth on the other side of that empty space is the very same baby tooth that I have to get a root canal on.
I don't understand why they don't just pull that tooth also. Aspecialy
because I have severe crowding in my front four bottom teeth. It just seems like common sense to me to just pull it and save all the uneeded work that will have to be done.
Because when I start treatment with my ortho i'd bet my left leg that he'd want it extracted. Well whatever..Here's to starting on the road to a perfect smile!!

I KNOW THAT FRONT TOOTH LOOKS LIKE
IT OVERLAPS THE OTHER, BUT IT DOESN'T.
I'll update when I get the posts and caps put in.
Until Then,
