Hi Ken,
Thanks for reading!
No more mishaps so far! LOL. 5 days in now out of god knows how many!
Well i experienced my first eating in public yesterday, had a jacket potato with coleslaw as nice and soft. I also managed to eat garlic bread with cheese (cut into tiny pieces with a knife and fork) and scampi and soft curly fries for tea last night, eating is getting better.
I was reading tips on how to take picture so i will post some later. Although they may be a bit rubbish!

Well a whole week in now and things are ok, no more broken ligs and still no pain apart from brackets rubbing (thank god for wax).
Eating isn't as bad as i thought it would be, just have to cut it all up into tiny pieces but haven't tried eating sandwiches or anything i have to bite into with my front teeth yet.
I have managed to not drink any fizzy drinks or Red Bull and am overall happy with the experience so far.
I am not sure if i have had any movement or not though, i think i might but then probably imagining it.
So 1 week down and approx 103 left to go!

Well i am now nearly 1 month in (2 days left) and i am really impressed with the change already.
Below are 2 pictures of my teeth, see the difference woohoooo!!!
(now in next post along with October!)
I need to take some better pictures especially of the rotation at the bottom which you can't see but i am so happy at the improvement already.
I have felt discomfort recently as they are all starting to move now but no cold sores and haven't used wax for a while now

I had my first adjustment today and i now have an elastic on the right side of my mouth.
He didn't seem to do a lot in the adjustment though, tightened a little and replaced a few ligs but thats it, going back in a month though for next one so he can keep things moving.
I feel like i have toothache now in my bottom tooth that faces the wrong way as he was really prodding it!

Thanks for comments.
I was told 18-24 months and 2 months in now and yep i am pleased with the progress so far especially on top although its slowing down a little now but hoping adjustment helps speed it up and only 4 weeks until i go back.
I am hoping my teeth keep on moving this quick as i would love them off ASAP!

Its time for another update as its a new month and i also had my second adjustment on Tuesday 4th.
He changed my wire to another a new one so hoping that will push my teeth back more and i now have to wear 2 elastics, one to close the gap on my top right side going from my tooth that used to be up in my gum and one from the one on the other side of the gap on the back of it to pull that into line as my bite is out which he gave me last time to wear.
I also now have 2 bits of wire going across the tooth that was sideways, its moved a lot in the last month already so this should help more
I was in a lot of pain yesterday, had to take painkillers for the first time since i started and after wearing the elastics for about 5 hours i have to take them off for 20 minutes for a break as it gets so achey but i am sure this will fade.
I am reposting my pics so they are all on top of each other, November one taken today.

I can never seem to get my bite the same though for the pictures!
