Your teeth look great. They must feel great too, after all this time. I hope you're enjoying the look & feel of your teeth. It's fun when the braces first go on & also fun when they come off. 
I remember it well from my first time.
Anyway that bonded retainer looks interesting. I never had one of them, but have met other people with them. Why did your ortho put that on when you're getting a regular hawley style anyway?

That Apple, the carrots, and celery were so good. It is amazing how much I missed those items. I am loving eating and nothing getting in my way.

On the bottom I only get the bonded retainer, nothing else. The top, I have a bonded retainer only on my central incisors and then a hawley. The reason for this is the gap that i had there, my OD wants to make sure it does not come back.
By getting my braces off, it has started a domino effect of other things to be done. this is just one of the many things that i have set out to accomplish this year.
I just got a new kitty, he is sooooo cute...he is about 6 months old.
