So it's Christmas Eve and with all the hype of XMas i just realised it is also my 1 month braces anniversary. So I thought I would do some before and after pics before it really starts getting busy. I am just happy that I can see some changes. What do you think?

So far so good. Have not been in too much pain... that i couldn't handle. Had some sore gums for a couple of days.
Not long til my first appt back so will keep you posted!

I'm not actually sure what they are called. Perhaps someone else here can help out?
I just googles tads and they definantly not these. As far as I can tell tads are
Mini anchorage screws that go into the jaw.
Sorry I can't help. Maybe I will ask at my next appointment

The metal things look like the bracket attached to the adult canines in the palate. This is right JessieJ? The ortho will move these teeth into the arch.

Yes that's right they are the brackets on my adult canines. Can't wait til we can start trying to move them.
Sorry I misread I thought you were talking about the metal rings on my back teeth!

2 Month update - More movement, not a lot of pain which is good. Next adjustment 22 Feb.
