I totally feel the same way.. no major movement for me either. But, I don't have anything hugely wrong with my top arch.. so hard to see anything - unless my upper teeth magically didn't cover my lower teeth! I would be stoked then!

Is there any improvement in the tooth when using bracets? Which is the best clinic for treatment?

So this is my 1 month progress....I can't exactly pinpoint what has changed, but something has. I don't see any difference when I look in the mirror though.

I am sure that there has been subtle changes. The first wire on the upper arch is to widen the arch and make room to have the lower ones put on. I had my upper ones on for 2 months before the lower ones and I didn't see to much change in the appearance of the top teeth. My 2 front teeth didn't straighten out for months because that is not what the ortho is concentrating on in the first little bit.

Come to think of it today is 2 years since I had my top braces on. You have very nice teeth you you will have a wonderful smile!

For anyone who is interested, here are my week 6 pictures.

You can really see some progress when you look at the wires and how they are (slowly) straightening out!

The lateral incisor on the right side of the picture is finally coming out of the shadows! It's so awesome to FINALLY see some noticeable progress!
