Speech issue cleared up pretty quickly. Most recent issue is that for the last days I have not been able to drink anything, regardless of temperature but worse with hot/cold. I get this intense pain in one the the back upper teeth if I drink anything without a straw. I was at the dentist for a adjustment on Monday, the pain started on Friday and have gotten worse during Saturday-Sunday. Anyone had a similar problem and perhaps a solution?

Good news: I don't have to extract one or two of the lower front teeth as planned.
Bad news: I have to extract two lower teeth but farther back in the mouth instead.
