You're right...it really is anti-climatic...weird. He says I will be very happy, so we'll see.....I hope I'm doing the right thing by trusting him. I'm so back and forth about it...

It's so hard to trust someone else with something like this! I trust my ortho completely. He's done an amazing job on my daughter and so far from me, but this last month I've had a migrating molar that is just somewhere weird and is freaking me out so doubtful thoughts have crept in just a teeny bit :oops:

Braces as Phase II treatment for TMJD.
Lower mandibular repositioning splint 26 months.
Lower braces on 10.75 months into Phase II treatment.
Duration in braces: 2 years, 2 weeks, 5 days
Removal of Braces: September 18, 2013

TMJD treatment now complete!

16 months 1 week and 2 days in braces
12mm overjet and narrow jaws all fixed with braces and elastics.

I cant believe it...I just wrote a lengthy blog recounting the entire debracing process--and it's gone!!

Oh darn--well--hmmmm.....I have got to pack for my trip or I'm going to be up all night!! I will write it down while I'm on the plane so I can recount it when I come back from Hawaii.

. Brace removed on 22 July 2013 after 18 months and 19 days
Now enjoying bonded upper retainer plus part time essix/hawley( I have both)
