Your teeth are looking great!
Does the cleaning hurt, how long do you go bested. Cleans?

Re: Braces at 22!
I have cleanings every 4 months. I'm afraid of ruining my teeth because of my braces but my dentist always says I'm doing well. I have my wires removed every time. I feel like they get a better clean that way. It doesn't hurt either, unless she scrapes off some glue. That doesn't hurt, it's just a lot of pressure. But I always ask them to make sure the edges are as clean as possible otherwise they don't have to do that. It feels like a regular cleaning. It does take a little while longer sometimes but otherwise it's completely the same.
Re: Braces at 22!
I had my fourth adjustment yesterday. Same wires I believe, 19 or 18x25. Whatever that means. I had a couple gaps that formed on the bottom since my last adjustment and asked if they could do something about it so they put on a powerchain! It's definitely been sore but it's definitely been tolerable. Advil takes care of any aches it's causing. They were going to give me a plain soccer one but when she was about to put it on I asked if I could pick a color and they said I could. Mainly dark purple, blue, and silver. I asked for maybe a light blue or pink and they said if I got those I would have to come back sooner to have them replaced. Does anyone know if that's because of the color or are they different brands that need to be changed or something? Either way I wanted to have some fun and choose a color so I got a light blue one! I'm not too concerned about staining or anything but I'll find out if I change my mind about that in a couple weeks lol. It's just on the bottom so not really noticeable anyways. I like it and can't wait to get a different color already! I was so concerned about the cosmetics of braces but now I don't care and think it adds a bit of fun! Well I'll check in soon! Thanks for following!
hope every one is having a great new year! Below is a photo so you can see the updates and changes!

Great progress!!! Your teeth are so beautiful and straight now and your crossbite not obvious at all anymore!
Re: Braces at 22!
Hi guys, it has been a while! I've been really busy with work and life and things have gotten away quickly! My appointments have been closer together due to the powerchain so maybe that's why I feel like it's been so long! I've had a couple adjustments since I last posted. The picture with the pink powerchain came after the blue. And the one with the dark purple, hardly noticeable, was tonight. My next adjustment is tomorrow morning as well as a cleaning. Progress has slowed but is still moving. I'm waiting on elastics still. But I know it's coming soon, they are waiting for a couple teeth in my upper right arch to settle into the arch and my crossbite will be gone! Well I guess that's all for know. I'm moment so that's probably why I'm taking the time to post an update. I had an allergic reaction to a tdap vaccine! Yikes! I'm recovering though. All will be well soon. I will update with my new powerchain color and clean shiny teeth soon. I can definitely tell when I need to go to the dentist. Even they have trouble getting in between all the books and crannies!

Wow! Your teeth are looking great! I'll bet you're happy with the results.

Very great progress! Your teeth look so nice and straight now and the crossbite is almost completely gone!
Re: Braces at 22!
Hi! Did the damon braces widen your upper arch? I have a similar issue, but I don't want teeth extractions. I thought damon braces might be able to accomplish this for me.
Re: Braces at 22!
Did you get your braces removed in the meantime?
