They're coming off tomorrow! I can't wait to post some "after" pictures! And eat a snickers bar...and curry...and crunchy peanut butter...

Congratulations on your debanding!!! I am so happy for you and can't wait to see a picture of your naked teeth. I am sure they are very beautiful!

And you know, we are buddies, because I will be debraced on Monday!

Wow, your teeth look amazing! You have come a long way with great results. I am hoping time will pass quickly for me. I probably have as long as you did for my bite to correct. I keep looking at debracing pics to keep me motivated. This is great motivation for sure.
07/14/14 - 4 spacers put in
07/25/14 - braces top and bottom put in minus 2 molar bands that they couldn't fit
9/11/14 - 2 spacers put in between the bottom back molars
9/19/14 - last 2 bottom molar bands in and all hooked up, new wire, started elastics too
10/14/14 - new square wire change and thick elastics
04/24/17 - braces removed!!! :BigGrin:

WOW!! I just had to post after reading this story. It probably seems like so long ago since posting those before pics (which I still haven't done yet, not ready for that..). I have similar crowding on my top teeth as what you had but even worse!! My canine is completely in my gum and has pushed my lateral incisor down and back (as far as yours got pushed back AFTER you got your braces). So I'm hoping mine doesn't travel back much further once I get braced!!

I'm only beginning my journey and have consultations in two weeks but your story has really inspired me! Your teeth look amazing, well done on going through with it and congrats on such a beautiful smile. I can only imagine how proud you are :jump: You probably felt like I do now two years ago, that the possibility of having a perfect smile is out of reach and that day would never come. Well I am so so happy that you have reached that day :heart:

If you have any tips or advice for me to stick with my decision and continue down this long and difficult journey to the perfect smile I would be most grateful! I hope your new smile is everything you always wished for :D
