need some guidance
Okay, in 5 days i have to get braces fitted, i'm excited to finally have straight teeth yet i'm nervous. Ive been brushing my teeth 3 times a day like my orthodontist and also dentist told me to but i still feel like my teeth need to be more clean. i'm worried that i have to travel 2 hours just for him to turn me away and for me not to get them fitted that day. My mom made an appointment with my dentist to get a proper cleaning but the appointment isn't for another 8 days so its pointless really but i'll (hopefully) have my braces in at the point. i visited my dentist 4 months ago and i got a tooth out and i got fillings put in, i just have this anxiety that i still need more work done as i found a small thin black line (stain) on my back molar tooth, I've not had toothache or anything from that tooth i just so happen to found it as i was checking, it is very small like i said, am i working myself up too much trying to find something wrong? and did anyone else feel like this? Ive been watching videos of people getting their braces in and I'm excited for the process.

If you've recently had a cleaning, and are good with your own hygeine, I wouldn't worry too much. The ortho does clean each tooth prior to segmenting brackets on. As for the little line on your molar, if it's not bothering you right now, just bring it up with your dentist at your next visit.

If your dentist said you didn't need a filling for that tooth (when I assume he took the X-ray for the other filling) you'll be good.
Maybe consider scrapping out the rubbish from the back tooth and get a fissure sealent?
