Hi all
I'm 27 years old and must start a treatment by reason of medical health. The insurance will take the cost and this present the importance.
In the first step after extract the premolars one month ago, I’ve became a nance and fixed appliance only on the top side to pull the canines back.
Hard to believe, but I acclimate me to the nance after one week.
Tomorrow, I will get a fixed braces to the bottom.

Thanks for the elate messages. Now I’ve got my bottom braces since two days. I feel a pressure but fortunately no pain as long I not eat hard food.
It’s a strange feeling to have some metal between teeth and gums. The bad thing is the cleaning of the teeth. Now, it needs much more time as before.
6/4/2005: 2nd premolar extracted+ spacers in
6/13/2005: clear braces: top and bottom
next 'date' on 18th Nov. ...and the bottoms might be off then?!:-) top will stay until Dec. before xmas.
Now, I'm nearly free of pain the pain from the pressure. The canker sore is annoying but it will get better and better. Eating of harder food is also possible.
Greeting from Switzerland

In the next three months, you will catch up me because I will not have any treatment during my stay in the abroad. Tomorrow is my last appointment before I travel to Canada.
