You've got a lot of stuff in you mouth but now your teeth are perfect! I started my treatment less then 3 months ago and for the moment nothing changed. I attach a pic...

Hi Jade! I came to your forum wondering if you have any tips to living with an expander in your mouth? I just recently had it installed and as you can imagine, eating and talking have become a nightmare. How did you cope with it?

Your teeth look great! Mine are due off about Feb and I just don't know how to smile. Something I still can't do-hoping I will be able to have a nice big grin once they come off :-D

Just started my journey! I'm hoping my open bite can be fixed without surgery but even if not, I'm up for the challenge!!

Hi Jade! Just wanted to check how your bite is going now you have been out of braces for a while? I am starting my treatment offcially next Monday. Having spacers put in next then and the appliance, braces & TADS the following week. I am very nervous about the whole thing buy expereince has helped me go for it!! Hope to hear from you soon. thanks.
