Thanks everyone, it really means a lot!

I am finding these retainers really annoying and difficult to wear.
They make me feel rather sick and are just frustrating, I guess i just have to get used to them. They make my mouth so dry!
I have a one week checkup appt tomorrow to see that nothing has moved and is all good
