:D
As of May 27, 2013: Has had braces twice, now looking to get braces again for the third time. Lost both my retainers from being braced as a teenager and as an adult at age 30. If anyone has any encouraging words, love to hear them. I will keep posting updates.

I guess maybe your first advice would be not to lose you retainer. :-+ So sorry you have to do this again :rose: will it be for a shorter amount of time because you've had it done before? hope so, hang in there its all worth it right?

Well I think I need to find a dentist. I am kinda scared of dentist offices. Maybe if I find a good dentist they can refer me to a orthodontist. I am really bad about not going to the dentist every six months for a checkup. :-+

Does anyone know how dentist offices work in small towns? I am currently living in small town , and the dentist offices look kind of scary. Almost think that I would rather drive to a dentist office in the city to get my teeth cleaned or braced. Let me know if anyone else has had a positive experience with small town dentists. :jump:  :D
