Hi Lau
Wowsers. Great progress.
I'm three months in on my top set. Seen a little difference but not on your scale. Bottom set on today so not feeling too happy. Its hard to eat and my top teeth keep knocking the brackets on my bottom set.
I've not got any elastics yet. How do you find those and how long do you have to wear them everyday? I'd be interested to hear about your experiences with them as I fear those the most...

Hi Bbbards! Thanks for writing. Feels great to receive encouragement, love people on this board. This 4th month has been tough- i dont see that much change so feels nice to receive praises.
Congrats on your bottom set- Have you posted pics? I find that for me seeing the progress helps a lot, at least for me.
So ive been wearing elastics since day 1, 24/7 only take them off to brush my teeth.
I even eat with them, i read it helps when your jaw does the bite motion- who knows if its true, but whatever i can i do to speed this up, i'll give a try.
The elastics are not so bad, i actually feel they help things along. Feels weird not having them on actually, like nothing is doing pressure-

Thanks Braceface74! I am pleased, but being my anxious self, I do wish i would see as much change as the first 2 months, but could be less too, i suppose
last week i traveled for work and did not wear my elastics the whole week, but all the other time i have done everything as i am told. hopefully it will speed up treatment

Thanks everyone, glad you think so. I havent seen the level of movement i saw at the beginning, your comments are much appreciated.
So, on thursday 3 days after they changed my ligs, one fell out. They close the last friday of the month so here i am having to wait until monday meanwhile that tooth just sits there
I sound crabby I know but I want these suckers out asap.
