I just realized that today is my 15 months of being smoke free!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an adjustment last Thursday...

We will start with the bottoms....the ortho came in and went off the wall due to how much they had moved of the last 8 weeks....she was so excited....we went up, not one but 2 wire sizes...so my bottoms are now at at .016 NiTi wire....and we put in a spring to try to get a tooth to turn

The tops...we went up another wire size to .022 NiTi wire....we increased the size of the bite blockers....

I could not decide on the colors of ligs this time...so i let the ortho decide for me....we went with bubble gum pink and yellow....they also did the figure 8 for the ligs this time.

I asked what the next thing we were looking at doing...and we are still in the alignment phase on my teeth...they think we should be going to the next phase in 6 weeks.

So far only a little discomfort...but not too bad!!!!!!!!!!
