my lowers have been free for 3 months or so and today my uppers are down to
on lowers i have fixed wire as retainer that hasn't bothered me at all, on uppers i got a Hawley that i am supposed to wear as much as possible for the time being but it seems to fall of if i talk more then 5 words and makes me gag...
my ortho said she would have liked a fixed retainer also on uppers but it looks like it has to sit right up next to my gums and they will be hurt... but if this doesnt stop i will take my chance...
also meanwhile i got pregnant and my gag reflex that was very good before, got extremely sensitive now so this Hawley gets on my nerves a lot... its bad enough i can barely brush my upper back molars without gaging...
