Today is January 10th, I had to reschedule from January 3rd because I had to move out of my last school which was near her office but they weren’t in . I went in a little early and got to be seen a little early. I got four crimpable hooks. The Bottom two are between the lateral incisors and canine teeth on both sides and same on the top. Not entirely sure what the bottom two are for as she did not say anything about them. But the top two are used. I have two elastics one on each side now from the Crimpable hook on the top to the bottom first molar on both sides. I got some more on crack animals the Moose Z-pak. I also got an interesting bend on the square archwire bending at the midline bending up at the right side. This is one of the finishing wires and I’ll be getting my braces off by June. I also had coligation left on, they didn’t even take it off and or make it tighter. The colligation I have is from canine to canine on the top and bottom. I go back in 5 more weeks on February 12th. I planned on getting my cleaning done. then.

I am still REALLY REALLY concerned about that chip in the front tooth it makes it look crooked and I HATE that I hope she fixes it by the end of treatment completely.

I don't think I mentioned Glow in the Dark for January 2012. I miss these. </3

To comment on June 2012, there were black and yellow colours on but the wires she put on was too thick for the colours causing me extreme pain for my first rectangle wire. So she took them off. I am now used to it so it does not phase me.

Love your story! How big was your overbite or overjet when you started?

Thanks, I'm not actually sure, I'd have to ask her. I'm getting my braces off soon. :)

You have beautiful alignment on your teeth, but the overbite is pretty obvious :( I hope the surgery will correct it with minimal issues. My ortho is still correcting my underbite with no surgery, but is getting less optimistic about it working. I am dreading possible jaw surgery for my underbite. Well, I am not afraid of the surgery, but am deathly afraid of the anesthesia.

I could not afford the surgery. And since I have kidney problems I don't think I could survive a surgery like that.
