How long did the debrace take? Did you have contouring?
Debraced on Friday 20th September 2013!

Hi Peppy! It look an hour and a half! And yes, I did have contouring to leave them at the same level :D I am getting my removable retainers tomorrow, lets see if they don't annoy me too much when sleeping!

I'm getting my bottoms off next week! so excited. Tops should be too much longer either. I'll post before and afters when they are all off!

Got my tops off on Tuesday and the bottoms last night. So happy to be brace free. Here is a pic of before and after!

Jocelyn ,

I just got my 6 month braces on Sept 29th. I advise taking ibuprofen before you braces on appointment make an hour before. Good luck and be sure to ask for dental wax!
