About a week ago when i worke up i had the most painful mouth, as i tried to open my mouth i discovered that the inside of my cheek was hooked on the end of the wire, and i had to un- hook my cheek. Had obviously been in there for a while because boy oh boy it was PAINFUL.
I went about my routine and then put the elastic in on the left side ( ulcer is on right bottom side) then everytime i opened my mouth OMG the pain............. So i decided to jeave it out after so many attempts of trying. I had left it out for about 2 days i rinced and used anti bac rince and i really felt like i was getting somethere. So yesterday i decided to try again i popped in the elastic and WAMMO more rubbing and yet again it flared up. Woke up this morning and its flared up yet again. I think somehow the elastic is pushing the wire somehow. I wear my elastic thike clockwork but at the moment i cant and i dont want this ulcer to get any worse. It's bad enough i have a lot of talking at work to do and i cant eat anything with any grain of salt.
I know i have probably un done all the work the elastic has tried to acheive while on there, ive done and used the wax over and over but because its rubbing on the bracket at the very back its a b**** to get to and plus i think thats how i split the corner of my lip by stretching my lip too far.
I have an appointment next week on thursday. I have really struggled this week.
I had to stop wearing my elastic.... Feeeling bad

one time I went in for pain and was told to stop wearing my elastics for a week. And she said it would be fine so you should be fine. You should go buy Colgate Peroxyl its in a blue bottle. Helps soo much with ulcers even tho it burns going in it heals em faster.
