My braces journey

At last, I got my braces yesterday after so many years of thinking ! 
I am 36 now
Chastity post encouraged my to step forward.
first I made a lot of research on the internet and I visited a lot of doctors to see what my options are, I wanted to go lingual braces but I end up getting the Inspire ice braces.
8 days ago spacers were fit between my molars, Yesterday the orthoD removed my first right molar and fitted the brackets and a thin wire was also connected. he first took the size of my upper jaw to make the proto type (I don't know what's the process called). \rings were not fitted, I have an appointment in 10 days which I think they will be fitted then.
as for the first day, I had no pain whatsoever, I had a little pain from the spacers earlier but now...nothing. I don't know if its weird or because the orthod did not put the rings yet.
Totally satistfied for now, I wish I went for this earlier.
I will be posting pictures later so others can have an idea before getting into this.
