Hard to believe it's been a year and some great progress. Been in power chains top and bottom with elastics for awhile now. Ortho says we're still working on the overbite.

I am new to the forum and am trying to learn the ins and outs. How long did it take for you to start using rubber bands?

I forgot to also ask the same question about the power chains.
