Does anyone know anything about these? Is it right that this system aims for a nice aesthetic but doesn't really work to achieve a good bite?
Although my proposed ortho doesn't call them that, his treatment plan sounds very similar. I.e. arch expansion upper, slenderising on crowded lower. 6 month fixed brace treatment on upper and 10-12 months lower.
As he said he could just do the upper arch, but that it wouldn't lead to a good occlusion, it kind of seems in my mind that the approach may be as noted above?
I'd kind of like my bite to be good at the end, as it's actually OK now, so I don't fancy making it worse!
Slickster, Where are you located? Who is your orthodontist? I would like to talk to him. I would be interested in this type of treatment except that I think it might leave you in a situation where you wish you had gone "whole hog" and done the comprehensive treatment....
