Cleaning
I soak mine in denture cleaning tablets while I am eating dinner (Steradent is a brand here in the UK). It's cheaper than RetainerBrite but not quite as effective. But it does the job for two weeks.

i use a variety of cleaning methods: retainerbrite is pretty awesome as well as diluting regular mouthwash and soaking the aligners. since i started invisalign, i've become a BIG fan of mouthwash and rinse several times a day (with and without the aligners in). i find that rinsing with them in keeps that "fresh" feeling
I try to use "Efferdent w/ Listerine" every night then brush until they are sparkling clean. For the days that I do not have time to let them soak for 15 minutes, I just use toothpaste with baking soda in it but more scrubbing is required. For the mornings if I feel that they taste nasty, I will soak in a little bit of diluted Listerine Whitening or regular Listerine to kill off the germs. Then, I brush my teeth after I get to work and eat breakfast. I tried the SonicBrite cleaning system (with the sonic cleaner) but did not find that it worked as well as manual scrubbing.
Ziplock has plastic round containers out now I have found are the perfect size. I have one in every bathroom of my house so that I do not have any excuses to not soak the aligners in something (even if it is just water) while I eat. Ever since I started with my regimen of constantly soaking, there has not been any odors. I am now nearly 5 months in on my treatment.
