Just out of curiosity, does anyone with elastics and the box configeration on one side and some other config on the other side feel that your mouth gets really sore even if its been well over a week since last adjustment?
It almost feels like my mouth is really wired shut and when I go to open it up I feel this really awful pain on the lower jaw all over. When I remove the elastics I feel loads better.

Another Sentence Handed Down
Today Wednesday July 25, 2007 another sentence was handed down… I woke up this morning at 08:00 am all ready for the next adjustment. red & black connection
Nice job on the color combination! I think we must be connected on some distant psychic wavelength, because I, too, had an adjustment today (my 3rd one) and I, too, chose red for my bottoms and black for my tops (but mine are ligs, not power chains). I wanted to make my Lateral Incisors stand out because my right-hand lateral finally got wired in today so I did this:
